Public Research Program - II/2026 - Logics of Movement

Our second inquiry turns to logics of movement as a field of infrastructural and political investigation. We are deeply happy to present a series of works, devices, conversations, sonic and performative acts, led by artists and researchers crossing disciplinary boundaries, to explore how circulation and infrastructure become political, economic, and social material. Logics of movement refers to planetary devices: that which moves matter, energy and life, and reshapes the terms of dependency, extraction and control. Each meeting of PRP-II/2026 becomes part of a living archive, gathering documents for a collective lexicon. The program privileges infrastructural, comparative approaches that build knowledge through circulation.

Our first inquiry falls into affection as a field of theoretical and political investigation. We are deeply happy to present a series of objects, encounters, conversations, sonic and performative acts, led by artists and researchers crossing disciplinary boundaries, to explore how feelings and proximity become political, aesthetic, and social material. Affection refers to relational devices: that which moves bodies, shapes communities, and redefines critical thought. Each meeting of PRP-1/2025 becomes part a living archive, gathering documents for a collective lexicon. the program privileges reiterative, participatory approaches that build knowledge through presence.
